Yes — all positions are remote-first. We have team members working from different cities across India. You are judged on output, not office hours.
It depends on the role. Some positions require 1–2 years of hands-on experience; others are open to freshers with strong portfolios or open-source contributions. Check the specific job listing for requirements — and always apply if you are genuinely skilled, even if you do not tick every box.
Our process is: (1) Application review, (2) a short async task or portfolio review, (3) a 30-minute video interview, (4) offer. We keep it lean and respect your time — no six-round processes.
Our stack includes PHP/CodeIgniter 4, MySQL, TailwindCSS, Alpine.js, n8n, AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront), Python (for data/AI tasks), and the major AI APIs — OpenAI GPT-4o, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek. We also work with React/Next.js for frontend-heavy projects.
