The Problem
A B2B SaaS company was capturing leads from their website, LinkedIn ads, and webinar signups — all in separate spreadsheets. SDRs spent 2–3 hours a day manually copying data to HubSpot, looking up company info, and writing the first follow-up email. Leads were falling through the cracks.
Our Solution
An n8n workflow unifies all three lead sources into a single pipeline. For each new lead, it enriches company data via Clearbit, scores using GPT-4o against ideal customer profile criteria, creates/updates the HubSpot contact with full context, and triggers the right sequence: hot leads get an SDR task + instant personalised email, warm leads go into a 5-touch nurture sequence, and cold leads get a free resource email then unsubscribe if no engagement after 30 days.
